First turn 65% into a decimal.  So 0.65
Then divide 91 by that decimal.
91÷0.65=140
So 91 is 65% of 140

okay so its saying that 91 = 0.65x
all we have to do is solve this like an equation
so we divide both sides by 0.65
         91 = 0.65x 
    ÷0.65 = ÷0.65   the 0.65s on the right side cancel out and x is alone 
      140  =  x 
so our answer is 140!
or to write this in proper answer form we would say 
91 is 65% of 140
