The formula for slope is [tex]\frac{rise}{run} =\frac{y^2-y^1}{x^2-x^1}[/tex]

--

Take two points from the line. (1, 2) and (3, 4)

Now subtract.

[tex]\frac{4-2}{3-1}[/tex] ⇒ 4 - 2 = 2 ,, 3 - 1 = 3 ⇒ [tex]\frac{2}{3}[/tex]

Answer:

The slope of the line is two-thirds.

I hope this helps :)
