I would take the responsibility as a chief surgeon and a business manager, those are very big roles in the job category and they take a lot of commitment

Taking responsibility in any part of the medical field is extremely important, for example if you were a doctor, or someone’s surgeon and you made a mistake, there’s nobody else to blame except yourself, which is okay. We’re human and you need to recognize your mistakes in order to fix it for next time !!
