x intercept:
let y=0
-1/2x+3(0)=-3
-1/2x+0=-3
-1/2x=-3
-3/(-1/2)
x=6 (6,0)

Y-intercept:
Let x=0
-1/2(0)+3y=-3
0+3y=-3
3y=-3
-3/3
y=-1
