Samuel has 45 toy cars. To find that out, you have to put 27/x = 60%/100%.. Than cross-multiply 27 times 100 which will be 2700. And multiply x times 60 and get 60x.. Then it will be 2700=60x. Divide 2700 by 60 and Get 45. The answer is 45 toy cars.
