The rule for 270° counter-clockwise rotation about the origin is

[tex]B(x,y)\rightarrow B^{\prime}(y,-x)[/tex]

Substituting the coordinates of A, the coordinates A' will be

[tex]A(-3,2)\rightarrow A^{\prime}(2,3)[/tex]

Hence, the coordinates of A' are (2,3)
