Molarity= moles/ Liters
100mL= 0.100 liters

you need to change the grams to moles using the molar mass.

Molar mass= 2(1.01) + 32.0 + 4(16.0)= 98.02 grams/mole

17.75 grams (1 mole/ 98.02 grams)= 0.181 moles

molarity= 0.181 moles/ 0.100 Liter= 1.81 M
