Not exactly sure how you are wanting this answered but I’ll give it my best shot.

This is true and false.
Unfortunately, most people perceive others by the way they look. This is why there is prejudiced people and there is also rejection because of the beauty factor in people. Now there are some minds... that don’t perceive people as with beauty.
Some see personality, attitude...etc.
