Ethically, is brain death not as final as cardiac death? why or why not

When it comes to ethics, you can only get opinion that is backed with facts and is highly debatable. With what I know, a brain death is as final as a cardiac death because if a person experience life to their fullest, if they cannot see hear, our even think, they would be better off having their plug pulled. In my opinion, yes a brain death is as final as a cardiac one.
