 President, Elsenhower implemented the ''New Look''  foreign policy scheme, it focussed on four major parts; To maintain the American economy vitality while building enough strength to contain the cold war, rely on Nuclear weapons to fight the war if necessary, use CIA to execute secret actions against leaders or governments with direct control of the Soviet and to strengthen relationships with its allies and develop friendship with unaligned countries.
