In a constitutional monarchy, AN ELECTED PARLIAMENT usually makes the decision about policy and economics;
A constitutional monarchy is a type of government in which a monarch shares power with a constitutionally organized government. Most constitutional monarchies have strictly ceremonial duties while other have some reserve power depending on the constitution. Constitutional monarch can not set public policies.
